Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park London

I spent few night at this hotel and had the most amazing experience of my life . Staffs are so friendly and very professional. The hotel is situated at the right location, very easy to find . The food was delicious and i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who loves class and comfort .

The attention to detail this hotel provides is unreal, we are very happy and very grateful:) Firstly, we landed in London very early and arrived this hotel 5 hours early than it should, staff tried very hard to accommodate us, and even seated us with free breakfast, than they quickly sorted a room around 11:30 am for us to check in Secondly, I am such a sunflower lover, and by chance, hotel lobby have some really nice sunflowers to display, so I took few photos. The guy called Kevin (I really hope that is his name) helped me and my husband to taking some pictures in front of flowers and I just expressed how beautiful those sunflowers are, and I how much I like them back home So he took our name and room number, and arranged sunflowers for our room with a real nice card with it, I lost my words for these actions We love travel and travel often with all big branded hotel, but these actions this hotel given is above and beyond, I can honestly says I love to stay here again for numbers of reasons but above all that, this hotel just showed me, they do really care about their customers I hope everyone can have the same experience as we do

Fantastic. Cannot think of staying anywhere else in London! From the doormen to the thoughtful touches of housekeeping, it was an inspired stay. Just a skip to amazing shopping, museums, and Hyde Park. Right at a Tube station entrance and a doorman will grab you a taxi before you can blink! Tea service for my daughter’s birthday was wonderful. Room service and restaurants were all delicious and top-notch service. Every single encounter with staff was shockingly warm and kind. Other 5 stars should take note!
