June 2024I came into Simmons with a dead phone battery, scared and stressed about how I was going to get home without my phone (I left my purse at home so I could only use Apple Pay) Thankfully Simmons had a phone charging station, which the two wonderful staff members helped me access so I could charge my phone. Both women were incredibly kind and patient with me and made me feel a lot safer and calmer. Bonus is I came during cocktail hour so the atmosphere was lovely and I enjoyed a nice drink whilst I charged up!
