Absolute scam. Staff were borderline morbid, no interaction with the kids to show them anything like jumps ect or how to get up on the boxes only patrolling & telling the kids off. All these supposed deals on there website for 2 hours, evening ect - doesn't stipulate the times on the booking for the 2 hour session. Watch out for the hidden additional costs. £3 for a spectator - joke. I didn't drink any of the "free drinks" on offer as they didn't have many options. Other flip out franchises they don't charge for a parent to watch. Have to have flip out branded socks too - another £3.50ea kid. Can't have any other grip socks from other trampoline places. Place was dark and dirty. No where for you to watch your kids jump either. Wouldn't recommend at all. Just wanted us to rush out the door so they could go home. I wish I saw the rest of the reviews before coming. Such a waste of time.

This place really is a scam. If you book online there’s a fee for the privilege of bringing your business here. If you turn up without a booking it’s made very difficult for you with rude staff. Then you pay a ‘spectator fee’ which is the privilege of staying on site to keep your kids safe. You’re told though it’s on the basis that you apparently get a ‘free drink’ in the cafe. This is bearing in mind the cafe is in an absolute state, there wasn’t a clean table in sight & with miserable staff. It’s literally the last place on earth I’d want anything from. The toilets are minging. I don’t think there has ever been a point I’ve visited this place where the toilets are cleaned. If you’re thinking about bringing your kids here. Don’t. Go to places where it’s clean, good value & your business is welcomed.
