My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Canary Wharf, and I can't express enough how wonderful our experience was. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We encountered a bit of confusion with our booking, which had been made through an external company. However, the team at Hilton handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and efficiency. Mina, Manisha, and Pratik were particularly outstanding; they took the time to sort out the discrepancies while making us feel welcomed and at ease. Their attentiveness and dedication to customer service truly made a difference during our wait. The hotel's atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, and our room was well-appointed and comfortable. It was the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant Canary Wharf area. Overall, our experience at the Hilton was nothing short of exceptional, thanks largely to the outstanding staff, especially Mina, Manisha, and Pratik, who were always ready to assist us. We will certainly be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in London!

Excellent room condition and service from this hotel. I like the digital key which is super convenient than using a physical card. The room size is bigger and newer than some of the hotels in zone1 / 2 at this price range. The location requires a 15 mins walk from Elizabeth line which is a bit far if you have luggage, but it is reasonable from Jubilee line. They should also provide more clear signage along from the train stations especially for people walking from Elizabeth line via shopping malls.
