We ended up booking this hotel after leaving and canceling another hotel because of how bad it was. Once we arrived it was night and day from the bad experience. Customer service was phenomenal. The amenities were amazing. Location near waterloo was perfect. We stayed a whole week! The room had a giant patio to enjoy and A/C was perfect! The only downfall we experienced was the bathroom floor was noticeably dirty. The sheets had a small smell as well so housekeeping needs to mop and change sheets more frequently. Overall it was great.

Terrific 9 day stay. Food excellent, rooftop terrace and bar offer superb views. Rooms well appointed. Even gym is well stocked with weights and machines . Location is excellent.

Was here for a trip with my partner and absolutely loved it. Concierge was attentive and polite. The room was so spacious and had a great view. The location was fantastic and perfect for a first time London trip. Truly feels like a high end hotel. Plus, the bar downstairs was AMAZING.

We have returned to the Sea containers on several occasions as the quality of rooms and service is so good. Not the cheapest hotel but well worth the money. And location makes it easy to walk to attractions or jump on a tube or bus.

It’s a great hotel and would be ideal location for tourists visiting London. Good bars and restaurant which I’ve reviewed separately and great rooms (we were supposed to have a city view room but didn’t get one which wasn’t a deal breaker for me but thought would note). Only downside for me is that although advertised as having a Spa that’s not quite the case in my view. There are treatments available which I cannot comment on but otherwise only a steam room, no pool, sauna or jacuzzi which I would expect in a spa. You also can’t use the relaxation room which is mentioned on the site. As spa access was one of the main reasons I choose this was a little disappointing however had a very enjoyable get away with my wife regardless. Lobby and “den” area nice to sit and chill with a tea and do some people watching. Checkout process a little slow.
