February 2025I like it. I have been living here for last year or so due to the work commitments and it's a nice place to stay in. Rooms could use a bit of tlc at points but that's not saying that they are bad, just feel a bit dated. A pity that there is no swimming pool anymore. Location is good if you want to be in Bexleyheath which I needed to be in đ

January 2025Heating was poor in my room. Tap took forever to drain out after brushing, after bathing water was up my leg with soap lath. Facilities look old. Food was tasteless. I checked in early in Monday and was charged ÂŁ30 pounds for early check in, I didnât have room cleaning the next day but on the day of check k out a lady came to my door by 8am asking when I will check out and if I will âcheck out earlyâ . I have never seen such unprofesisonalism and substandard hotel in my life. It is strange they even have the name âmariotâ attached to it.A poor standard associated with the Mariot brand. I will recommend you avoid this place.

March 2025Great rooms, but shockingly bad customer serviceâavoid for events! đ¨ The rooms at Delta Hotel Bexleyheath? Solid 4 stars. But the customer service, especially for events? A disaster. Missing Equipment đ¤đŚ We hosted an event and were told we could collect our things in the morning. Instead: ⢠A church event was already in our space. ⢠Our equipment was packed awayâsome of it missing. ⢠Two weeks, 10 phone calls, and endless chasing before they finally agreed to pay for replacements. 20 Years of Loyalty? Doesnât Matter đŤ Weâve hosted a charity event here for 20 yearsâsame date, same time. In November, they confirmed our date for next year. â Ignored calls for a month â Then told they gave our date to someone else â Managers refused to fix it Final Verdict: â (1/5) ⢠Rooms? Great. ⢠Event management? A nightmare. If youâre just staying the night, no problem. But DO NOT book an event hereâtheyâre unreliable and donât care about their customers.

March 2025We recently stayed at the Marriott hotel in Bexleyheath, we have a 8 month old baby girl, the location of the hotel is close to our family members so was good, room size was good, some staff members had not been doing their jobs properly, we were given a high chair for the baby which wasnât up to health and safety standards, the clasp was broken and the chair had loose screws, the baby slipped between the seat because of the clasp failing which caused her to catch her cheek resulting in a bruise, told reception which we were given another chair put in our room while out visiting, the second one was even worse, a brand new one was made especially for us, next morning at breakfast we asked for a high chair and even that was in bad condition, screws loose and frame rickety, told manager and all they have offered is a discount on next visit, why would you stay in a hotel where staff are not checking the safety for all guests, wonât be using it again!! Be careful!!
