Had two wonderful stays here in April. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. It is a great location for shopping on Oxford Street and visiting the V and A, Natural History museum, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and also close to a tube station.

Location is perfect. Walking distance from Paddington and Bayswater stations. It’s in quiet area. Room is small. Not much space for unpacking 2 large luggages at the same time. But its clean and has bathroom. Instant coffee and tea with electric kettle to enjoy. Service….. 🤔…. Some of them was kind but… Important!! WiFi!!! Its really bad!! 🤯 .. unable to login, connection is poor.. better use own cell data.. Convenient: good breakfast buffet. Also a restaurant & bar is inside. Tips: for room service (housekeeping), make sure that a service light is on or off. Double check!! I had no need a service light, but they entered to do so.. 😱 Overall, its nice to stay in here..

Hello so i was always meaning to write this review .. i am just sad that i discovered The Blakemore too late . we lived right across it and for the last two months just walk across to the Terrace at Blakemore for coffee late night, the afternoon tea which my little one loves they actually have one selection off the tea for the children and comes with milkshakes or hot chocolate and i kid you not ! ( no pun intended) its quiet a big selection even for little ones ..but its the service we come for the ambiance and especially Mr Santosh ..so kind so accommodating and so professional. we have decided that now when we visit london we will be staying here so rooms in all honesty i cant review yet . service the smiles at the lobby and ambience of the Terrace has to be experienced! its like being in heart of london and yet far from the hustle and bustle. come for mr santosh and the ambience and i promise you will come again

‏An uncomfortable feeling from the reception. The employee with dyed blond hair and dark skin was treated very poorly and intentionally insulted you by waiting and making you feel unwelcome. The baggage man with the beard searches for specific guests to serve in order to get a tip. The staff remained very wonderful, whether the other employee in the morning shift or the employees in the evening shift. For Sunday, July 14, welcome. I was hoping that they would check in. The room on Sunday was not clean. The bathroom was not clean, but on Monday, the room cleaning service was excellent for me. I will not stay at the hotel again because of the receptionist.
