November 2024We chose to stay at the Bath Spa Hotel whilst celebrating a birthday staycation in Bath. The hotel staff pulled out all of the stops to make sure it was special for us and one to remember. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cedar Suite which was spotless and clean! The bed was like nothing I had slept in before, super comfy and big! Breakfast food was delicious with brilliant service too. We will definitely be staying at the Bath Spa Hotel again soon! Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so enjoyable and memorable.

December 2024Perfect for a weekend escape to feel some historic and royalty ambient. Great staff, and spa facilities are good enough, could be better tough. Same for rooms. Quite close to center of Bath. Restaurant and the garden is just like a scene from a movie at all. Highly recommended.

December 2024Hi we had an amazing stay!!! Staff were amazing and we had such a lovely room :)) Thank you for providing us with such a lovely stay - especially with the spa and lovely Elemis products. Unfortunately what let our stay down was the breakfast :( when arriving for breakfast we were provided with a single option of a full English, toast and asked if we would like coffee and tea etc. whilst our brekkie came quick and hot our toast and drinks never ever arrived whilst asking multiple times. We will be returning again but will not be paying for the breakfast option, as you’re better off going into bath and finding another place for food! - there are many beautiful brunch spots - we recommended same same but different!!!

December 2024A nice hotel but doesn’t feel a 5-star retreat. Rooms are lovely, SPA seems to be open to outside guests (members?) as well and is consequently ran down, mouldy in places and saunas/steam rooms are not clean. Restaurant is nice but food sub-par in my opinion, after trying their pizza, burger, fish and chips with very limited selection. Lastly, at breakfast (good hot selection, small continental selection) coffee is not included which we found surprising. Overall a nice place but wouldn’t pay the 5-star rate to stay here.

December 2024Beautiful hotel, very nice staff but unfortunately food is not up to standard by any means. It's a 1 star rating at best . We had the festive menu. The spa area is in need of some urgent maintenance work! , tiles missing in the steam room and the heated outdoor pool . Lots of wood rotting inside and green mould forming at the widows. Having a room that would be a sauna I think but full of furniture is not a good look at all.
