December 2024The hotel itself was gorgeous however the service was exeptional. We were not allowed with the dog in the restaurant and the staff went an extra mile to make sure we all enjoy our breakfast. The breakfast itself was extremely delicious and so many options. This hotel was booked extremely last minute and we were so glad to finally find a hotel that was pet friendly. Although we had a super short stay, it was amazing. Thank you so much to everyone.

December 2024I stayed at the hotel on 14th November. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms were immaculate and clean. They have an AMAZING Gym and Spa. I was part of a group travelling from Dover the next day. It was totally an amazing experience I will definitely be staying again ❤❤❤

December 2024Very central and close to everything. However, I definitely regret not booking a Travelodge or Premier-Inn - in hindsight, that would've been more comfortable. The pillows were like lying on tissue paper; just extremely uncomfortable and couldn't get anymore than a couple of hours sleep, there were scuff/picked off paint(?) marks in my room above the light switch, and there were a couple of instances whereby I saw dust and uncleanliness. Furthermore, I had to wait around 20-30 minutes JUST to find somebody to serve me at the lounge bar. Fortunately, the food didn't take long to arrive and was probably the only positive of my stay. Would probably rather sleep rough in the future.
