March 2025I went to the Hotel Spa for massage treatments followed by cream tea yesterday Sunday 9 March. The Revitalising Massage was so good. Followed by full body, sea salt scrub, hot flannel. I felt cared for and respected. The massage was v well done. I would highly recommend Emma. The tea... sandwiches, scones, tiny cakes.... was tasty and fresh and plentiful. It was a Wowcher deal and well worth it. Thankyou.

February 2025Lovely 2 night stay and use of sauna, spa pool and steam room. Great variety of food for breakfas. Plenty of places nearby with free parking to go for walks in the countryside on well marked paths.

January 2025I recently enjoyed a spa day at the Ashford International Hotel, booked through Spa Seekers for £49 per person. The package included one treatment, a light lunch, use of the facilities, and a glass of prosecco. My friend and I chose the back, shoulder, and head massage. While the back massage was relaxing, we were disappointed to find that no head massage was included, which felt misleading based on the description. We requested our lunch for 1:45 PM as we needed to leave in time for the school pick-up. Unfortunately, it arrived late, which was inconvenient. When it did arrive, the food was delicious but the portions were quite small. The facilities were nice but compact. There’s a pool, though it was occupied by a water aerobics class for an hour around midday, a small hot tub, a steam room, a sauna, and a dimly lit relaxation room. However, the spa and changing rooms could use some attention. The tiles, in particular, are dated and in need of an update to enhance the overall experience. One downside was parking. Although parking is free, Spa Seekers didn’t inform us, so we ended up paying £10 (£5 each for 5 hours), which could have been avoided with clearer communication. Overall, the day was enjoyable, but there were a few frustrations. For the price, it was decent value, but better communication, updated facilities, and improved timing would have made it more memorable. I’d rate the experience 7/10.

March 2025Went for a baby shower and was the worst experience. They didn’t serve us for over an hour, hadn’t upped the numbers, didn’t check in to refill the high tea things and then shut off the lights and left while we were still celebrating. Very odd and disappointing to be honest. They offered a small refund but across the 11 guests it’s honestly nothing at all. Would not recommend sadly.

March 2025Room very adequate but the TV didn't work.one night stay to dover. No instructions how to use it but I could tell there was no power cable only arial. Food in the evening was chaos as they had to deal with a party of 60 and our tour company had informed them of out options but they didn't know who was to have what. Breakfast better as it was buffet maybe dinner should of been a hot buffet.
