December 2024A great reception both in decor and welcome from the staff. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. The gym is basic with a good running machine, rower and cross trainer. No free weights. Easy access to the Underground Train stations - about 5-10mins walk.

January 2025I’d like to express how much I was pleased with the Montcalm brewery. My stay for myself and my partner was very pleasant. From the moment we got there we were greeted with first class friendly service and was told all that we needed to know before going back to our room. Once we checked into the room and got in the amenities was gorgeous and fancy. Everything worked as expected no broken lights or appliances all were working as in order. Only issue would be the heater which was not heating up so the room was quite cold which wasn’t the best however the service, breakfast made up for it all. I really enjoyed my stay here and was worth while and the money. A massive thank you to Julianne for the assistance along the way. They even called about 15 minutes after we got into our room to check if everything was okay which I was very shocked about. All these bad reviews on here I’m struggling to believe and those who are just a bit snobby and have extremely high standards of course 😬 because this was perfect, the food, the room, the amenities, the service everything was as expected and went above and beyond. I will definitely be staying with the Montcalm brewery again Nothing to complain about, my stay was perfect and made me feel special ✨

January 2025This can’t be a 5-star hotel as stated on Google. Rooms are worn down. Shower barely worked. TV was dark and needs to be replaced. Stabbing right outside the hotel and I can go on and on. I am definitely not coming back. On a positive note, all staff members I met were very friendly!
