September 2024Not normally a fan of notes to be honest, it’s more somewhere you go because it is easy / functional but I had an excellent customer experience today and felt compelled to write in. Kinga was very helpful - I needed to work, had WiFi issues and she went out of her way to find a solution. On top of that she was very friendly, welcoming and attentive which you don’t always get in London. Plus the matcha latte was legit. I’d definitely go back.

September 2024A place for business meeting, quite pricey with 12.5% service charge, which is a bit of a con. Coffee not the best, cinnamon bun was tasty.
