I want to thank the staff here for making our night in many ways. Beginning with security, kind and in good spirits, I want to thank Mark for his beautiful presence throughout! Working our way into the bar where Liam was on top of everything thrown his way! His reading and anticipating of customer needs without us even vocalizing them is second to none. I do not think I saw him rest. Last but not least, the man behind the scenes who I had a pleasure of meeting at the end, Alex, made me realize why this operation is running as it is. Because every level from security to management is in harmony! I really appreciate the work environment they have and also know that it isn’t easy staying in the kind and patient attitude they displayed. In a club environment, we all know it can wear your patience. Thanks again and hope they know it’s not gone unnoticed.

Bouncers were friendly which is nice. Bar staff were ignorant to me and decided I should not be served a drink after queing for some time and reaching the front. He said something directly to me and then served someone who joined later so it's not like he didn't see me. Had a 23 minute wait past the start time for the event before they started letting people in despite arriving on time. They were stocking the bar, wheeling ice through at the time we should have been inside and it felt like they were not prepared. Then once I was inside, the music was turned on about 5 minutes later. Very odd. Perhaps it is better when the event is a rave. Location wise it is easy to get to the station.

Good small sized venue. Great A/C. Awful smells in this place, would benefit from pumping out discreet nice scents like other clubs do. Toilets well maintained. Cloakroom well organised, however queuing system for this should be reviewed. 2 drinks around £14. Will come again, but with a strong perfume in my bag!

This guy is posing as a medic! Has he even been trained??! There people lying on the floor and being sick and this guy was trying to impress his supervisor by kicking me out when my only crime was to buy a drink. Then he wouldn’t even let me get my coat from the cloakroom…..

Such a poorly organised venue - visited for an event on 28/12 - we spent an hour queuing to get in, then another hour to use the cloakroom, and it took 90 minutes to get our bags at the end. Staff were aggressive at times, and the layout of the venue created lots of pinch points that could’ve lead to crushes with how busy it was - really poor all round and dangerous at times.
