Stayed here for our anniversary as a night away and we really can’t fault it. The room was lovely, very different but funky and pleasant. Coffee machine, iron and water in the room which is always great. The service was fantastic- the staff really couldn’t have done any more for us. Stayed for dinner in the restaurant - had the steak frites - fantastic! Cocktails absolutely wonderful along with amazing staff. Also had a treatment in the spa which was amazing and the staff were just so accommodating and pleasant. Location is perfect and so easily accessible from Piccadilly station. Honestly - would highly recommend.

Amazing team of staff , rooms were impeccable, cocktails were delicious and the breakfast cooked to your taste. Overall the stay was fantastic!

Conveniently located and very helpful staff. However, parts of it could do with an update. Particularly the room I stayed in. The shower pressure for hot water was incredibly low. I then thought I’d have a bath but the water plug didn’t work. Nothing major but little niggles that you shouldn’t deal with

Each room has different amenities or items for the guests. My room came with mold in the grout and someone’s already drank water. Rooms were spacious and the tub was large. Good water pressure. Good breakfast and drinks.

The hotel is conveniently located. The reception staff are friendly and happy to help with getting you checked in, explaining that you can sacrifice housekeeping for other benefits like a free £7.50 drink. The room felt like it needed a good clean, just take a look at the attached photo showing the air vent in the bathroom, it doesn't take much to clean a vent from being caked in dust. The shower screen doesn't stay open properly, which isn't great when you're showering and it closes in on you, and this is clearly known by the housekeeping staff so why hasn't it been reported and fixed? If you like a dark room, be aware their funky light up mirror has a button that is permanently lit up and can't be turned off. Next to the bed there's USB sockets, but no proper plugs, hotels need to make sure there's plugs next to the beds. The gym is really small, it feels like some investment here would be good. Would I stay here again? Sure. Would I recommend they do anything specific? Yes, a full deep clean and maintenance on the rooms.
