Cancellation policy
1. Cancellation by the Client: In the unfortunate circumstances that you have to cancel, postpone or reduce your confirmed booking at any time prior to the event, the hotel’s cancellation policy is to require payment of 90% of contracted accommodation and room hire and 65% of contracted food and beverage revenue, this represents compensation for the loss of profit sustained by the hotel as a result of the cancellation. The sum is payable on cancellation. Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation should be advised to the management of the hotel in writing. The hotel will make every effort to re-sell the facilities and will subsequently reduce the cancellation charge (by way of a refund) by the profit recovered on any alternative business we have been able to secure to replace the cancelled booking. 2. Accommodation: Unless specifically GUARANTEED by the client, the hotel may release any accommodation booked (including delegate accommodation) if not taken up by 6:00pm on the day of arrival. Any accommodation (including delegate accommodation) which has been guaranteed by the client will be subject to a 90% charge for the first night if not taken up and released thereafter. Delegate shortfall will be subject to the cancellation calculation as indicated above. 3. Cancellation by the Hotel: The hotel may cancel the booking: i) If the hotel, or any part is closed due to fire, industrial dispute, act of God or by order of any public authority. ii) If the client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership. iii) If the client is more than fourteen days in arrears with any payment to the hotel. iv) If it might prejudice the reputation of the hotel. In such an event, the hotel will have NO further liability to the client. 4. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

March 2025Perfect location for my work check in is abit slow and a bit of a faff if you're not the person on the checking in booking. I'm in a room with no window or air con it's a little stuffy can upgrade for a window room but you'd of thought a window would be standard lol. Rooms are OK for what they are. Baths installed if you wanted one of them. Would stay here again though cheap and cheerful

February 2025The reviews are dramatic, we went mon-wed so it was a quiet cheap few nights. A great base for a few days away. Yes the location was noisy It's a hotel in a city .... what do you expect. No the service isn't 5 stars ... it's not a five star hotel. The amenities aren't that of a 5 start hotel either, but what do you expect. Overall, the hotel was convenient in location and price. The room was clean it was great despite the reviews. If you want a fancy, quiet room with housekeepers ready for every request, then pay for the fancy hotel. Want a cheap hotel purely for a basethis place is amazing. Would stay again

January 2025The hotel offers good value for money, particularly due to its excellent location close to Manchester’s city center. The room was decent and provided a reasonable level of comfort for the price. However, it wasn’t spotless—some corners could have been cleaner, which was slightly disappointing but manageable. Another issue was that the room amenities were not as described. Several items were missing, including basic bathroom accessories and other equipment that had been promised in the listing. This lack of attention to detail added to the frustration. Most concerning, however, was the poor customer service. The staff were not friendly or accommodating, and guest requests were often ignored. This lack of professionalism left a bad impression and significantly affected the overall experience. While the location and price were highlights, the shortcomings in cleanliness, missing amenities, and awful customer service mean I can only give it 3 stars.

March 2025Totally adequate. If you're in Manchester for one night then this place will do. It's cheap compared to basically anywhere else in the city centre. Good base for getting to any of the major venues, close to loads of bars, pubs, restaurants. It's very basic, but you get what you pay for. When people book somewhere like this they need to realise what they're booking and not getting all precious because it's dated.

January 2025I really didn’t expect much after seeing the reviews but the low price made me give it a shot as it really is unmatched compared to the hotels nearby. Here’s my honest opinion: Pros Location is amazing and right in the city center! I genuinely think that the rooms are okay - clean, well equipped and over all just great value for money. Cons The price reflects in the people coming here. As I’m writing this I hear the neighbors nextdoors (ridiculously loud)… got harassed by some men at reception earlier and the staff didn’t really say anything. There was a party going on with music on max volume. Again no one seems to care. The service was okay, at times friendly, but not outstanding. Conclusion If you’re on a budget and you have a tight sleep it’s a good option otherwise I’d probably avoid this place next time.
