November 2024Stayed here for my Birthday, the staff were wonderful and made my birthday weekend extra special, thank you! The hotel was decorated very nicely for Christmas. Comfortable, clean rooms with everything you could need, including one of the best hotel hairdryers I've used. Pool and sauna areas are good. great location, just a short drive into the city centre. Would be happy to visit again!

November 2024I booked the hotel for myself for 3 nights so I could visit my daughter at uni. The hotel was ideally located, with ample parking, huge bonus of bus stop right outside the hotel and frequent buses, at least 3 an hour, £2 into town. The hotel was clean, staff very nice helpful and knowledgeable they advised me how to get about and were able to give me directions for a lovely walk along a near by canal. My room was fantastic I felt very safe on my own, breakfast and service was good. I used the pool, sauna, steam room again great facilities. Loved the White Company products everywhere and have come home and ordered some online. Very luxurious. I will definately choose to stay at this hotel every time I visit my daughter over the next 3 years. Could not fault a thing.

December 2024Visited when I attended a birthday party. Lovely decoration, staff were helpful and pleasant. Nice hotel with nice amenities, I noticed that it had a gym and spa.

November 2024Stayed at the Leonardo this week. There's large scale building works going on at the moment so wasn't able to sleep in. I ate in the restaurant and didn't rate the steak either, and certainly wasn't prepared for the £5 service charge. They walked to my table and provided mayonnaise, not quite a fivers worth of service! The room was lively though, staff were friendly. I would stay again for sure but eat out.
