Established in 2007, Lightbox Gallery is an award-winning gallery and museum that presents a changing programme of visual art exhibitions, focused primarily on modern and contemporary art. Benefiting from an iconic, sustainable building in the heart of Woking it's light and modern spaces are perfect for any event; particularly meetings, away days, training and conferences. Offering a range of event catering options as well as access to the gallery's exhibitions for all delegates, Lightbox Gallery is a unique and modern space, with excellent transport links from London and the South East.

Our large meeting space - the Ambassador room - was designed by the architects of The London Eye, Marks Barfield Associates. The purpose-built corporate meeting/event space boasts fabulous art from The Ingram Collection as well as stunning views overlooking the Basingstoke canal. It provides high-quality and flexible space, which can be easily adapted for a range of events and meetings. The Ambassador room is situated on the second floor, fully accessible for all your guest's needs.

Between 14 and 7 days prior to the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total value of the booking. Less than 7 days prior to the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total value of the booking.

    This is a great gallery to visit which has a small number of rooms to visit. The shows I have seen are well curated with informed volunteers to help with your visit. They also champion local artists. The cafe is well worth as visit with really good quality coffee on sale. There are also interesting craft items for sale. Well worth as visit

    Most enjoyable exhibition displaying Henry Moore drawings in colour. Additionally, exhibition named Materials - very varied and well staged. Highly recommend

    A lovely modern building , and I can see and feel the feel many of the art exhibitions. Free of entry point with an extra payment for another exhibition. I have been a few times and feel that the free areas are slightly underutilised, giving the impression to those that enter "Oh is that it".

    Good local art gallery that has a good program of exhibitions. It is a bit small but, It has a interesting display of the history of Woking going back to medieval times. Nice cafe on the ground floor. Service is friendly and fast. Food is tasty and we'll cooked.

    A very nice place to visit as a couple. A Lovley restaurant and some great artwork. Only con is that it is slightly expensive to go in to rooms. If I could rate this out of ten it would be a 9/10. This place is great, the coffee is very nice by the way.
