Both occasions were equally as pleasurable, superb environment and decor, great atmosphere, top notch food and last but not least, the friendly and engaging staff. January 2024This cafe is like a grand restaurant than a typical cafe. The food, drink and interior design are all exquisite. Many customers like us were happy to take photos and selfies anywhere inside the cafe. Since the tables were a bit crowded, there would be a bit noisy when customers sit closer. 12.5% service charge was added to the bill. The head waitress professionally served us, matching the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. When we were leaving, the head waiter said ciao to us, very Italian.

March 2024Style over substance in every aspect. The actual interior style looks amazing but so many hard surfaces mean that you can't hold a conversation with anyone at your table - pointless. The food looks great and tastes ok. The service comes across as affected and condescending - it really puts me off this place. The coffee is good.

June 2024Food was good although pricey but surroundings are very fancy so you are paying for that too. Service was pretty bad and they added 12.5% service charge on to the bill. Happy to pay that if service is top notch but they forgot some of our drinks order and the rest of the time seemed a little absent minded. Ruined the experience and overall felt disappointed. They really need to fix that. Not sure I would recommend to friends.
