We recently stayed here and had an overall lovely experience. The rooms are a bit dated, but the beautiful grounds and excellent service more than made up for it. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special with thoughtful, personal touches that made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights was definitely the spa. Natalie, in particular, made sure my experience was exceptional—she even tailored my treatment to ensure I was as relaxed as possible, which was truly appreciated. The restaurant food was decent and the staff are lovely and the driving range was a great spot for beginners like us to practice our swing. All in all, a memorable stay with attentive service and beautiful surroundings. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Comfortable hotel, spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet. Staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

On arrival to the hotel the drive is impressive passing through the local golf course to the car parks. The hotel has a spa and pool reception area was well maintained rooms are very clean although little dated, smart TVs available with appropriate coffee making facilities. Food is a little overpriced for what they provide and isn’t value for money; but for an overnight stay or short couple of days not too bad. The group I was with ordered a range of meals there was some confusion from the waiting staff over the vegetarian options and the food was not as hot as it could’ve been when it was delivered. The following day we were at the hotel for a conference instructions to the meeting rooms were not clear reception and hotel staff were helpful. However the restaurant manager would rather shorten abrupt when asked for directions. This could’ve been avoided if if sign posting was put in place. I know it’s a personal thing but the coffee options are awful

We had a lovely stay at the Forest of Arden Hotel & Spa. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and the thoughtful gesture of a welcome plate of desserts and a personalised note in our room for our anniversary made it even more special. The lobby had a lovely scent, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. We also made use of the pool, which was nice and refreshing. However, while we appreciated the hospitality, the room itself felt a bit dated, with some paint chipped off the walls. Additionally, we were disappointed that the bar near the lobby closed before midnight, leaving us with no other options to enjoy a drink. Room service also stopped at 10:30 pm, which limited our late-night choices. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we’d stay again and recommend it due to its close proximity to the city and the N.E.C. There’s room for improvement in the amenities and room maintenance.
