This is an awesome place. Cozy but with great style, so you feel like a rock star. A perfect location just round the corner where the city is pulsating. We only had the chance to taste the breakfast, but it was superb too. The staff was friendly and helpful even before arrival, as I had to postpone my stay several times due to COVID. This is not a matter of course if you have a non-refundable rate. It will be my favourite location for future London visits.

I've been staying at this hotel for quite some time now. Perfect location for shopping, meetings, theatre, and sights. Wonderful staff, great room rates, very clean, great management, and overall a wonderful boutique hotel. P.S. The best full english breakfast in London.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. I was not a guest but simply stepped inside for a few moments to wait for my Uber during freezing weather. Despite being discreet and respectful, I was rudely asked to leave immediately. The staff showed absolutely no empathy or understanding of the situation, even as temperatures outside were unbearable. Their approach was unnecessarily hostile, making it clear that they value rigid policies over basic human decency. For a hospitality business, this behavior is unacceptable. Hospitality is about kindness, not just catering to paying guests. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone who values courteous and compassionate treatment.

This isn’t a 5 star luxury hotel, aside from the price tag. I stayed in room 101/102 which is a suite. The bed is like a slab of concrete. Wonderful pillows, sheets, duvet but the mattress is rock solid. Also, the bathroom in this room had a weird door that goes out to the hallway. No joke. And they’ve just like carved off the lock on the outside but it’s a fully functional door. They haven’t covered the lock that’s been carved off so it seems like you could just lever it open. Didn’t feel super safe and it’s not a thick door so you could hear everything happening in the hallway. Don’t recommend.
