February 2025Fantastic experience at this hotel. Stayed for 2 nights as a guest at a wedding ceremony and reception. My room (queen) was spacious and comfortable. Both the bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean. The shower room was sparkling clean. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. The ballroom in which the wedding ceremony and reception was held was absolutely beautiful. The food was amazing and the breakfasts were lovely, relaxed and super friendly. The bar and food prices were very reasonable for a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

March 2025Must be the worst bed in the world in 316 and there was a pill lying on the carpet that wasn’t ours. Breakfast was dried up the fried eggs had a hard coating over the yolk Staff were lovely

January 2025Terrible experience, the family room has a bed sofa that doesn't have a sheet, the matter is Really dirty and has many holes. All room is dirty. The shower screen has fungus Bed bugs... The pilows has blood, and darks marks. The wifi isn't working. The heater isn't working. The receptionist with dark hair isn't professional, and speaks really rude to the people. The food is really bad.
