January 2025On my recent visit , to celebrate a friends birthday it was low-key and ideal. The service was perfect not too intrusive, the food was great from the main menu to a set menu section with choices for every palate . The even surprised with a small birthday dessert for the birthday girl a very nice touch :) The chicken from the set menu was perfect, and the salmon tefreshing . Places by the window we were able to view the activity along the southbank Worth a visit ... Will be back

February 2025Skylon is back again … !! I visited Skylon for lunch recently and what a makeover … stunning ambience, great vibe and not to miss a brand new menu to choose from. A big shout out for the Triple cheese soufflé … it was sublime. Every dish that came to the table had a surprise element. It not only looked pretty but it was packed with flavours that leaves you wanting for more. The cocktails were great too . A special mention about the waiter who was so attentive that it was a pleasure to be served by her . It is worth the visit to enjoy a scrumptious meal and watch the stunning sunset by the river on South Banks !

March 2025A last minute meal out and decided on Skylon as hadn't been for quite a number of years. The dining room is large and very comfortable with a nice feature bar. Tables along the river side are in high demand and for good reason. They provide a wonderful view out to the river and north side. The staff were all excellent and a pleasure to deal with. The cocktails were great and the food was pretty good too. It's a little on the pricier side but that's worth it if you have a good table with a view and can enjoy it while you relax and chat!

February 2025Steak tartare was the best menu that we tried here. Ingredients didn’t taste very fresh and the crab/cockles linguine was unfortunately overcooked, oily and garlicky. Quiet on a Thursday lunchtime, and they sat us by the windows which gave us a really lovely view of course!
