January 2025Hotel is set in a quiet neighbourhood. Traffic was light considering that it is on a major road leading to Lambeth Bridge. The room was comfortable and the hotel has a nice peaceful bar

January 2025My experience at Novotel Waterloo was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offered a welcoming atmosphere and great service throughout. A special mention goes to Chantelle, who was an amazing waitress. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was perfect. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly made a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff and excellent overall experience!

January 2025Excellent place, great customer service, the breakfast all days that we stayed was very good and complete. The bedrooms are of.good size,always clean and with all the services. Dinning at the restaurant is a very good option, the burger is awesome.

January 2025This is a really good hotel with wonderful staff. I stayed there for three nights and enjoyed it very much. The staff was really attentive and polite. I want to mention in particular Olivia at the restaurant and bar and David at reception. Would definitely book again.

January 2025Overall a good experience, very recommendable at this price point. The hotel is close to central London, busses are exceptionally close to the front door and the location is very nice, and close to the Thames The service is generally good and what you would expect, but nothing fantastic. The food and the bar are quite good. Staff are super friendly and smiling I would definitely stay here again One bad experience: twice within the week, there has been no hot water, and the problem solving skills of the staff were just not very good
