April 2025The hotel is great in every aspect! The location is perfect, the view is magnificent, the service perfect and the rooms well equipped and spacious enough to accomodate a 4 member family. Mihai and Erida were very helpful and kind, willing to help us through the whole stay. Our kids loved the stay, we as well! We would definitely come back!

April 2025A Perfect Stay with a Unique Bar Experience I had an amazing stay at this hotel – perfect location, spotless rooms, and a really good breakfast to start the day. But what truly stood out was the bar. They offer signature cocktails inspired by the team, each one named after a staff member. It's such a cute and original idea, and the drinks were absolutely delicious! I’ve never seen a concept like this in any other cocktail bar – really creative and memorable. That said, the team could benefit from a bit more training to match the vision. With a little polish, this bar could easily become a destination on its own. Still, a wonderful experience overall. I’ll definitely come back!

April 2025Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 2 nights. Location was great, walking distance to all the attractions. Rooms were very clean and the beds are very comfortable too. Recommend this hotel to all. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you for making our trip and stay in London very enjoyable and comfortable

April 2025Just back from a 3 night stay at the North Lambeth road Novotel. Could not fault any aspect of our stay at all. All positive from start to finish. Staff were more than helpful, couldn't do enough for us. Room was fantastic, very modern, spacious and had everything you could need for a stay with family. Loved the modern touch of the opaque glass at the touch of a button in the bathroom!. For such a big hotel we never had to wait to be served for breakfast, or at the front desk. Very prompt and personal service considering the weekend it was (Easter). We had the gym and sauna to ourselves both mornings we used it. We had a nice quiet room on the fifth floor with no road noise at all. Minutes from all tourist locations like the London eye, Westminster and the London dungeons. Baker loo line 5 minutes walk away. Very handy for city airport via the Docklands light rail and the jubilee line. No hesitation recommending the hotel to anyone, families in particular.

April 2025Excellent Stay with Great Service and Cleanliness. I had a fantastic stay at Novotel London Waterloo. From the moment we arrived, the reception team was welcoming, professional, and efficient, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Sani, who looked after our room during our visit. He was extremely kind, polite, and thorough in his work. It was clear he took great pride in what he does, and it really made our stay more comfortable. We also appreciated the high standards of food hygiene at the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast area were spotless, and everything was well-presented and fresh. It gave us peace of mind and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful visit.
