Stayed here with my mum for a nice little treat . Couldn't find a fault with the spa or the hotel. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and couldn't do enough. The food was really nice and not too overly priced. Myself and my mum had treatments in the spa and I have to say this was amazing . We had afternoon tea with a glass of fizz. Will definitely be back !

Had a very nice funeral wake here. The food was very good and the crooked barn a lovely place for a celebration of life. With renovated and non renovated hotel rooms it’s just luck as to where you end up. But all the rooms are very worth the rate you pay.

Me and my wife went today for a 'twilight package' after having to re book, not sure if they overbooked or what, but the facilities were not adequate for the capacity of people they had there. You couldn't get in the jacuzzi, steam room, or sauner as there was never any room. Said with the package you also got prosecco, only think to drink was room temperature water. Staff did not seem very helpful and the changing rooms absolutely stank of urine and were dirty as best with more broken lockers then working lockers. Just overall a bad experience and would be nice to receive what you pay for however minor it may be. Treatments were good at least just everything else was disgusting.
