December 2024Munich Schnitzel was cery tasty, but the Menu does not have light meals, only heavy ones, but All what has been served was quite tasty.

December 2024Largely authentic German fayre if you like sausages. I had the Schweinshaxe which I remember fondly from time spent in Germany...normally plain pork knuckle is used, but this was gammon ham which I personally found disappointing as too strong a taste for my liking. The fat surrounding was beautifully crisp which I ate and I took away the rest for a thankful friend. Staff were lovely and attentive and supplied chips when the dumplings proved cold in the centre and unappetising. Cocktail lovely. Beer plentiful. Not sure what I'd choose if I went again. A trip to Germany is what's called for. The orange pudding was to-die-for. Take a huge appetite otherwise there'll be a lot in the doggy bag.

January 2025Stopped in here for a quick bite and a Stein. Food was good, not amazing and not as good as you would find in Berlin or Munich, nevertheless I enjoyed my Currywurst Mit Pommes and would certainly visit again if I was in the area. However the service was excellent even though that had a couple of very large groups in.

October 2024Food was 5/5, would recommend! Even though it's table service, we had to go to the bar to order drinks & then again to get someone to take our food order. Shame the lucklustre service bought the marks down as we really enjoyed the food.
