Got married here in October 2022 at the Orangery. Absolutely beautiful setting and the staff were amazing, they truly couldn't do enough for us. Returned here for our 2nd anniversary and again, we had an amazing time at the hotel. The food in the 1853 restaurant is simply stunning and the Atrium is equally enjoyable. Couldn't recommend the venue enough.

This location truly surpassed my expectations. The room, facilities, location and people are so beautiful. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. This was the perfect staycation I needed so desperately to get away from all the noise of work and everything else, and just focus on relaxing, reading and enjoying the beautiful grounds. I'll be back for sure!

Stunning experience, (September 24 5 nights), luxury (lovely room and building and facilities), comfort and style with friendly staff and excellent value. A social experience with opportunity to relax and chat to other guests, in beautiful surroundings with great staff who do their best to see customers are given an excellent service (including well signed food safety details etc.)

The building was beautiful as were the gardens and the grounds. This was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The breakfast included was a big well done spread buffet. The room was spacious and bathroom was big. The staff was super helpful with all the questions we had about the area. The food at the restaurant was quite good as well! Vs some of the more touristy places to stay this place was well priced and felt like a great value.

Business trip for 2 days. Excellent value for money. Very beautiful building and grounds with a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The communal spaces were lovely, with historical features maintained in what has been a huge refurbishment. I used the pool which was a good size. The room I had was a little tired with a dated bathroom. It was all very clean and well stocked with teas and coffee etc so I would say that it's on the list for new decor. We had a full package of conference facilities and food was good quality and plentiful - tea, coffee, sweet snacks and fruit available at all times. 3 course dinner and breakfast were good. Overall a relaxing and friendly hotel in attractive setting.
