Propyard, Courtyard

Propyard is a multi use event space, based on a former torpedo testing site just a 10 min walk from Temple Meads train station.

The site has a jaw dropping hangar, housing huge industrial cranes and open plan spaces that lend themselves to a wide range of events and bookings.

Private party bookings can utilise the Crane Room with its huge ceilings, bar, and crane backdrop for live music and DJ's. The Courtyard space can be used for external event needs, markets, marquees or easy access for large event load-ins. The Main Studio is a large open plan space just off The Crane Room and lends itself perfectly for product launches, exhibitions, live production events and can even be used for rehearsal and performance space.

The creative and hands on events team will work with you to ensure your events are exactly what you want, from hands off dry hire to hands on planning and event expertise.

The Courtyard can be used flexibly to accommodate any overflow from the main warehouse spaces, with marquees and furniture to suite the space. The space is framed by an impressive wooden plank wall and traditional brick wall, with gravel flooring, contemporary furniture and plants. There is plenty of space for more event structures if required.
