August 2024We recently hosted our annual couples retreat at Crow Wood Hotel and Spa, and the experience was outstanding. After three previous retreats elsewhere, this year's event set a new standard. All our guests were thoroughly impressed. Danielle, our event liaison, was incredibly professional, handling every detail smoothly, even when our activities ran late. The accommodations were superb—clean, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. The venue's atmosphere was stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for our activities and plenty of photo opportunities. The staff were always polite, helpful, and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food was another highlight—delicious, well-presented, and offered a great variety, leaving many guests eager to return. One standout was the flawless Wi-Fi, which allowed us to stream our main event online without any issues. Our online viewers also praised the quality and ambiance of the meeting room. Overall, Crow Wood Hotel and Spa exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was top-notch, making it an easy choice for future events. Initially unsure, we now know we couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our 2024 retreat. Highly recommended!

July 2024Had our wedding at Crow Wood on Sunday 21st July and we had the best day ever! Ella and the team made the planning so easy and smooth it was a dream come true. The hotel and grounds were perfect and the staff could not do enough for us. The spa was shut for refurbishment but we will be back to see it unveiled. Would recommend to anyone!

August 2024We attended a wedding at Crow Wood and this place is amazing from the spacious grounds where you have plenty of seating areas to in side which is kept clean and to a very high standard. The Staff are always more than happy to help in anyway they can. We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms are clean, spacious with all the amenities you could need. We booked Wilfreds restaurant which is in the hotel and again the service was great and the food was amazing. The wedding was well planned and the rooms nicely decorated and everything went with out any problems and the Location is easy to find but also nice and secluded which is perfect for a wedding and a good night's sleep.

October 2024In truth never a 5 star hotel in a million years. A good test of a hotel is would you stay there again, and I cannot say I would. There are many better "5*" hotels to choose from. Liked · I liked 1.Reception staff friendly and helpful. 2. Room size and furnishing were good. 3. Concierge / driver went above and beyond. Disliked · I didn't like 1. Very tired swimming pool, steam room, sauna and changing rooms. Broken/cold showers, broken/missing tiles etc. Of course the spa is supposedly exceptional but check point 5. 2. Having to move from a £350 suite due to banging music from the function room below. 3. Having to pay £1.20 for a pool towel. So cheapskate. 4. Attitude of breakfast serving staff where "I would just have to wait" for orange juice and no table ordering. 5. Impossible to get through to the spa as the telephone was not answered across the entire day we tried.
