November 2024One of the best hotels in central London! Very elegant and beautifully designed. The location is just perfect! The restaurant of the hotel is outstanding, the food is incredible and definitely one of the best places we have eaten in the city. A special thanks to Matteo and his team for taking care of us so perfectly. Highly recommended!

November 2024What a beautiful hotel and amazing location! We had such a fantastic time at the restaurant. The atmosphere and the live music with the DJ makes it just perfect. The food is great, the cocktails are delicious and the service is outstanding. We will definitely come back soon!!!

November 2024Rooms are small but well equipped. Iron and board are there. Bathroom is nice. Rooms are too hot and don’t block noise. laundry service is poor. I tried to drop off at 10am and was told clothes would take 2 days to return

December 2024Whilst the lobby and restaurant/bar are wonderful, and the staff super friendly, the room was a total letdown. I'll explain... Took the offer of upgrading from a standard to a superior room and wished I had not. I ended up with a twin (two singles) and on asking if I could skip the upgrade and go back to a standard double, was told they now had none left. Could I have my original double? No. Have the other guests checked in? Not yet. Then why can't I have my original booked room and they get the "upgrade"? They've booked a standard double, sir. Not a twin. Deflated, I went back to my less than superior room. The lack of any pictures on the walls, or scatter cushions or anything decorative meant my room felt Sparse. Yes the room might be a little bigger but superior? It's stretching the definition of the word. Two coffee cups, a kettle, a coffee machine and 6 coffee pods were provided, but no spoons, no sugar or sweetener, no milk... At least I can have a black coffee... The coffee machine leaked water all over the desk top when filled. So I went to Tesco (there's one located nearby) and bought coffee, tea and some milk. Oh and here's a question... for a room with a shower and no bath, why did they provide bath salts? That's a mystery for another day. Mixed emotions on this one... I had high hopes but honestly, a cheaper hotel might have provided more in terms of the absolute in- room basics Date of stay: 12th December 2024

December 2024The hotel's location and room size are very good. Even though we reported it several times, we experienced problems such as missing towels, the telephone in the room not working, water not being brought, and room cards not working. The service provided is mediocre and inadequate for the price they charge.
