Shuffle Club, Shuffle Club

I’ve been to the Shuffle Club before for my birthday and it was great. The food was great and the atmosphere and people working there were lovely. My husband and I recently decided to go to the bottomless brunch with some friends, however a week before our brunch, my husband became unwell and so I contacted customer service to see if we could switch the date. Faye from customer service promptly responded to me and helped me to change the date. She was so accommodating and kind. I honestly wasn’t expecting a reply so quickly. I was expecting to be ignored or rejected because so much customer service is like that these days unfortunately. But Faye showed true customer service. It doesn’t take a lot for a company to be kind and caring towards their customers but so many choose not to be like this. Faye is amazing and she deserves a raise, or a spring time bonus, or employee of the month, whatever employee recognition you do at Shuffle Club - Faye deserves it, and she needs to teach other companies how to provide better customer service. Thank you so much Faye for helping me and being so understanding, I truly appreciate it and can’t wait to come back to the Shuffle Club.
