We had a great time here for my friends hen do. The bottomless brunch was great fun at Rakes and the staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We also stayed a night at the hotel and the room was lovely, and really quiet for a central London hotel. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Will definitely be staying again!

I had a fantastic stay at Andaz London! The location is perfect - well-connected and easy to travel around the city. The staff was incredibly attentive and made my experience even more enjoyable. My room was well-equipped with great amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast—so many delicious varieties and options to choose from! Highly recommend this hotel for a seamless and luxurious stay in London. I’ll definitely be back!

The Andaz Hotel London is a blend of historic charm and modern style, housed in a beautiful Victorian building near Liverpool Street. The rooms are chic and comfy. Overall, it’s a cozy, welcoming space that balances luxury with a laid-back vibe. One of the best perks is the daily Happy Hour from 6-7 pm for guests—free wine, which is such a thoughtful touch. It’s a nice way to relax after a day of exploring the city. Rake’s Bar, though separate, is a great spot to grab a cocktail in a relaxed setting if you’re looking for a place to hang out. The service is warm and friendly, and the location is perfect for getting around London. If you want somewhere that’s both elegant and relaxed, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Lovely clean modern and spacious hotel almost too spacious really as it feels abandoned in places :p It’s super central just beside Liverpool Street station. In room you get a complimentary mini bar with 2x still water 2x sparkling water 1 Diet Coke 1 regular coke 1 apple juice and i think it was orange juice. Also was a pack of crisps etc. All in it was comfy but I found the pillows a little too soft and the room can’t be dropped below 18 which is too warm in my humble opinion for sleeping. Breakfast is a hike to get to but good quality. Not this hotels fault but I miss being able to order off a full menu like eggs Benedict or a fry cooked to order but the food there was good quality and you could order eggs , waffles , pancakes to order which were decent. Last comment though is on check out they add a gratuity/service charge to your bill. I have never seen this ANYWHERE before not in the us or Europe and I found it really distasteful. They did offer to remove at checkout but of course that’s and awkward thing to do and you don’t want to get into a discussion there on it. I would urge the management to reconsider this tactic as it would honestly put me off staying again.
