Opened as the Great Eastern Hotel in 1884 and one of London’s original railway hotels, the Andaz is housed in a beautiful redbrick Victorian building designed by the architects of London’s famed Houses of Parliament.

Located on the first floor, The Exchange is the newest addition to Andaz London's Private Dining and Events spaces. With beautiful high ceilings and large windows, this space feels airy and allows for lots of natural daylight. The room also seamlessly blends modern and traditional with it's Victorian fireplace complimented by pops of color in the trendy furniture and wallpaper. This setting provides a vivid backdrop for the stunning oak table at the center of the room that sits below the striking chandelier. A unique private dining room perfectly suited for business lunches or meetings.

Incredible service, room and facilities. The room was sooo spacious. Great views of the city. Chocolates and Prosecco on arrival. Delicious abundant breakfast buffet at the east way brasserie. Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at Andaz was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt so well taken care of. The suite upgrade, champagne, and balloons were such thoughtful touches that made our trip extra special. The rooftop views were stunning, the staff were warm and attentive, and even the room service was of exceptional quality. While the hotel is a little further out, it’s just a 5-minute walk from a major station with excellent underground links, making it super convenient to explore the city. As someone who works in customer experience, I can confidently say Andaz exceeded every expectation. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return in the future!

The hotel is great, such a great location!! The staff is good! They offer an hour of happy hour. They used to serve Aperol Spritz for happy hour but then took that away- hope they bring it back. Could change the red wine as well it is just okay. The breakfast options are great. Hope that doesn’t change.

Perfect in every way! We booked the Andaz Large Suite and we had a perfect amount of room to move around and rummage through suitcases without being on top of each other. The circular windows were really cool and made me feel like I was on a ship. There was a DJ/free drinks/desserts from 6-7p on the days we were there and we enjoyed that very much. I also really love the location. I can’t wait to stay here again!

A lovely little hotel. The rooms were great very spacious and felt fairly new. It was a nice touch to have the waters and snacks for free. It was a great location right by the tube and the market. The only issue I had was that the electricity went out in my room and it took them over an hour to get it addressed, and I had to go down and ask them two different times for assistance.
