February 2025Came to Scotland for me birthday arranged by my partner. We stationed ourselves in Glasgow as the rugby was in which made Edinburgh stupidly expensive. Travelled over to Edinburgh by train and came to see Mary Poppins. Absolutely fantastic show and the theatre was lovely. Great amount of space and fabulous seats to see Mary fly up and over the audience (which my partner knew about and got these tickets for that reason!)

February 2025I recently attended the musical "Mary Poppins" at the Festival Theatre, and it was absolutely the best theater experience I have ever had! Everything about the production was breathtaking—the performances by the actors were incredible, and the choreography was simply stunning. The sets and stage design were amazing, particularly the actors really floating or walking in the air, which added a unique element to the show. I was genuinely blown away by how everything came together so seamlessly. The theatre itself is lovely and spacious, with comfortable seating and ample space between the rows. I highly recommend attending a performance at the Festival Theatre. It’s a fantastic venue that hosts outstanding productions!

February 2025I've seen a few shows at this theatre and had an amazing experience every time. The facilities are good, with an alright selection of food and drink. Would highly recommend checking here for those looking to see a show in Edinburgh.

January 2025Temporary home of #Edinburgh #Panto The theatre features a modern interior with excellent acoustics and a clear view of the stage, even from the far-left and far-right stalls seats. Ventilation is effective, and the location is convenient, easy access by bus with plenty of nearby dining options. Online booking straight forward, tickets are non-refundable, discounts/ offers available, e-tickets as option convenient.

February 2025Attended with my daughters aged 14 and 12 to see Mary Poppins. The theatre stalls are well played out and have plenty of specific spaces for wheelchair users. The staff, when needed, were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble. In-house prices for drinks and snacks were quite high, so I'd definitely take your own (we will be next time) Overall though we had an practicaly perfect time.
