You can hold your Civil Ceremony in our banqueting suites, with room for 2 to 120 guests. Two of our function rooms provide elegant spaces for dinner and dancing. We have 95 guest rooms available, including river view rooms, signature rooms, or signature suites allowing guests to continue to enjoy and relax within the vibe of the hotel.

March 2025What a depressing and soul destroying hotel. I can't remember visiting somewhere so unpleasant, uninspiring and ultimately soulless. The ambience of the place is dreadful, staff are friendly, the whole place feels depressing and in desperate desperate need of serious renovation. Toilets are a disgrace, bar area is rubbish and not open during the day, so don't expect to be able to get a coffee. Somewhere I definitely won't be visiting again, dreadful.

December 2024Very poor, service was terrible tea was ok but table cloths were stained .good was ok untill they ran out of plates and sweet bowls. The room was cold when we first went in. Morning breakfast was ok until asked for a fried egg and my colleague asked for a CT poached egg and we were both refused. Would never stay here again.
