Our first food hall, situated in the iconic Centre Point building, houses 7 open kitchens that travel the world from Middle Eastern shawarma to US-style smash burgers.

The standalone Centre Point Bar, serves drinks using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens.

Our pool room is the perfect space for more intimate events and celebrations. Tucked away at the back of Arcade, the nostalgic space comes kitted out with a complimentary pool table. Intimate and laidback, it’s perfect for groups of up to 40.

Easy to pay through app and they come serve you. It is a bit pricey for the size of portions such as Momo only 3 pieces for £9!! .. great group 👍🏻 Sushi is die for, nice bright orange, fish eggs.

My food was excellent. I loved the beef massaman curry - it looked so inviting and the beef was so tender and full of flavour. The cashew nut Thai side salad was a wonderful blend of sweet, sour and spicy flavours. The atmosphere was not me - the concept of having to order everything on my phone irks me, but I understand this place caters to a younger crowd. The big plus is that this experience makes me want to delve further into Thai food, albeit at the Plaza Restaurant upstairs.

The Arcade offers a diverse selection of restaurants. The ordering process is streamlined through the use of barcodes, and payment is required at the time of order. Three out of four meals were satisfactory, while the fourth was excessively overcooked. The dryness of the overcooked meal rendered it comparable to a cracker. In the future, I will address any issues with my own meal by requesting a replacement, but in this instance, it was my friend's meal that was affected. The cocktails we enjoyed were of high quality. The lively and somewhat noisy atmosphere of the arcade made it challenging to engage in conversation, particularly for my hearing-impaired daughter. Due to the excessive noise, she was compelled to deactivate her cochlear implant. It is worth noting that the establishment can become quite crowded, potentially resulting in a wait for a table. Despite these minor inconveniences, I appreciate the concept of the establishment. The food is reasonably priced, the premises are well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and friendly. Overall, I would consider revisiting the Arcade.

Popped in for lunch while in Oxford Street as I had seen this place on all the food blogs and was really keen on trying the smash burgers. I ordered a cheese smash burger and masala tater tots, but the portions weren't particularly substantial considering the menu prices. I thought the food was average at best, serving as a reminder not to get drawn into all the social media hype. Nice decor and an interesting range of cuisines on offer in this food court. The staff weren't particularly attentive; my table was being set up as I was seated, and orders can only be made using their website. Yet I still had to pay a service charge.
