    We only stayed 1 night here but we will be coming back again definitely. 2 rooms booked for 4 of us. Our room was upgraded free with was a great surprise. Complimentary Kit Kats and Pepsi Max in the mini fridge. Both rooms were very clean and spacious. All staff we spoke to were extremely friendly too.

    The rooms are comfy and well appointed, staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat in the Marco restaurant but the bar food was really nice. Very good facilities and a big free car park, an excellent hotel.

    The hotel itself is quite close to the motorway which was good if you're traveling a bit. Downside is that there aren't a lot of restaurants or shops nearby. Clean room with a fairly big bathroom. Decent side gym with most simple equipment for those gym users. The swimming pool was small, but luckily it wasn't too busy depending on the time. Sauna and Stream was the best bit. Not the negative bit, the bar was an absolute joke, I waited for 2 hours after ordering my food at the end, they told me all the kitchen staff went home. Next day, a similar situation where I had to wait for over an hour just for a simple food that isn't all that amazing. Luckily food was pre-paid by the business. But definitely not worth the wait.

    I stay here for work but have now requested we work with an alternative hotel in the future due to consistent poor standards/service. Always a queue to check in - not enough staff Never in my 6 times staying has my key card worked first time You wait an extremely long time for food/service in the bar No handwash in my room Bathroom sink dirty Strong smell of mould/damp in room 516 Colleague had no blinds/curtains in her bathroom No complimentary water
