    Stayed here before a recent trip to America left the car in their car park as part of the deal. 10 minute bus trip to and from Heathrow terminal 3 was perfect for what we needed. Try not park near a tree though my car looked like I'd left it in parrot enclosure at London zoo

    Self service check in/out desks, not that quick and easy, however they do have a member of staff on hand to assist. Parking was hard to come by, despite the place being huge. Far too many EV charging spaces, most of which were occupied by non EV cars. Nice clean room with safe and fridge available to use. Had dinner in Red lounge, it was really busy for both food & drinks, staff were lovely and very attentive (card only payments) The only negative for me, is they put the service charge on automatically, which is a big 'no' in my books. The customer should decide if the service given, deserves a tip. We were going to give a slightly bigger tip than what was put on the bill, but as it was assumed we would pay it, we left it as was.

    I want to give this 5 stars but we had an awful experience where someone walked into my daughters room at 6am. After getting up and checking out at 6.30am following this, the staff were good and later called me explaining it was housekeeping who were mistaken in the room lists. They kindly refunded the room for the night, which took 4 days to arrive in the accountant. Breakfast was brilliant and the bar does food but be prepared to pay through the nose for drinks. 2 large rum and coke over £30!!!!!!!!!!!

    I do not book this place; my work do. I would NEVER stay here out of choice. Since the start of November I have stayed here 8 times and only 1 of those has been hassle free. Extremely poor Check In Procedures; made worse by rude Staff and just all round Staff behaviour (towards Guests). The Rooms look nice but the Showers are poor, the Lighting is a joke and the TV rarely works properly and has limited Channels. The Bar Prices are horrendous; even by Location Standards. Avoid x 3
