We were a little taken aback by the room price for a basic room (£175) but the lovely staff and first rate breakfast made up for it. We’ve travelled a lot and that was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a long while. The bakery items were something special. And the staff were really caring and accommodating. (I was suffering with a migraine and they helped me to the quietest part of the restaurant) I highly recommend this hotel. The room service was very fast, and the menu was good. Make sure you try their desserts on the room service menu. We’ll definitely book in again.

Just not a 4 star hotel. Parking is a nightmare, check in representatives don’t particularly care, the rooms are cramped and the pillows are dreadful and the standard is just generally low for the price. When checking in - other staff kept interrupting the person helping me, he didn’t code the key so I had to go back down. The room is less than you get for half the price at a certain purple budget hotel. The chromecast didn’t work. The “airport view” is more like “air-con” view. And it relatively cramped compared to nearby options. Dinner was ok, but the service was slow. It’s close to the airport… obviously… that’s about it.

I'm certain Radisson has been in the hotel business for more than a few decades, but with the check-in process I just experienced, it feels like it was the first time they ever attempted it. First, the lines were ridiculous at both the self-service (not working) and the desk (1 staff). When I finally had my turn, I was given a room at the very back of the hotel. As I opened the door, I saw that it had recently been lived in and was not yet clean. Knowing the status of your rooms seems like a very basic concept of being in the hotel business. When I finally got a second room (long walk from the back of the hotel), I found it to be outdated and humid. None of the USB terminals on either side of the bed work. On one bright side, the towels were apparently brand new, like fresh out of the plastic new. However, they hadn't been washed, so they were covered in loose threads and smelled strange. The breakfast was good in the morning. Overall, I will not be back at this hotel anytime soon.

Just checked in and very unhappy with room and hotel in general. The check in process was chaotic at best and the room is tired and lacklustre. We asked to change rooms as it sounds like the entire airport is operating inside our room, the fridge is noisy, the lamp makes a buzzing noise and we can hear the generator outside our bedroom window. Whenever a plane takes off you can not only hear it but feel it inside the bedroom. We were told we could change floors but as this wing is older, they couldn’t guarantee a difference in the noise. For an airport hotel that charges this much you should really think about proper double glazing. We’ve stayed at other airport hotels near Heathrow (Premier Inn, Holiday Inn, Hilton etc) and have never had this problem with noise and all in a similar location. All we wanted was a good night’s sleep before a long travel. We certainly won’t be finding that here. Won’t be staying again and would not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for a work event, booking several twin rooms (with two beds) for our group. However, upon arrival, most of us were given rooms with queen-size beds and only one large duvet. When we requested rooms with two separate beds, the staff did not seem willing to assist and didn’t even check availability in their system. Additionally, we had to ask three times before receiving extra towels and an additional duvet, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the staff were generally friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. With better service and attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
