Jackson Longe Solicitors of Richmond proved themselves professional, friendly, very competent, flexible and fast in helping me with a matter requiring the assistance of a Notary Public. I can highly recommend Amaka and her team.

From the moment I reached out to Jackson Longe Solicitors, I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and commitment to understanding my needs. They took the time to patiently explain the processes involved, and it was clear they are experts in their field. The team is not only knowledgeable but also warm and approachable, making what can often be a complex and stressful situation feel manageable. I feel confident moving forward with them and would highly recommend Jackson Longe to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated lawyers.

I recently sought legal advice from this firm regarding a business matter. Very efficient service and as always, senior partner, Amaka Jackson oversaw that I was satisfied with final outcome. I’m really pleased with her team and grateful that they made time for my issue at such short notice. Thank you and huge congratulations on reaching your 10 year milestone today. Wishing you many more years of success. Mill Hill Dental London

A really terrible experience working with Jackson Longe to buy our first property. Some of the challenges we had were as follows: - used the wrong email to share personal information with myself and my fiancee for over a month. Fortunately no financial records were shared because we caught the mistake ourselves just before sharing - were held up in the process due to the person we were working with being stern on 'missing answers' from the sellers solicitors which as it turned out had been responded to weeks before but were in their spam - Miss-quoted TWICE - the first was requesting an additional £100 the day before completion (as if we weren't going to do that), and another £500 5 WEEKS after completion due to their 'miscalculation' on stamp duty - Failed to update our freeholder of change of ownership FOR 4 MONTHS meaning building insurance payments were overdue (meaning £480 immediately needed to be paid) - My fiancee's name misspelt multiple times on multiple documents that we had to point out to their team to be rectified - took 24 hours to confirm reciept of deposit funds, which as a first buyer sending that amount of money is nervy, and they certainly didn't help, due to 'not being able to get ahold of their accounts team' Now in fairness, the person who dealt with our process is now no longer there, but this was an incredibly unprofessional experience from the first person we spoke to (who 3 times emailed the seller that we hadn't yet paid our fee to officially be represented by Jackson Longe when we had) to the last person we spoke to - who was one of the owners and only actually gave me time to speak to them because they thought I was being screwed over by the sellers, which I wasn't (and wasn't too keen to hear about my feedback when I suggested I could give it to her if it would be useful). Maybe it's because we were going through the process for the first time and as an organisation I'm sure Jackson Longe have much more important things to deal with, because that's exactly how they made us feel, and they certainly didn't make the first time buying process very easy.
