December 2024Stayed here for 2 nights with breakfast. We stayed in the junior suite on the top floor. We lived the stay here and can’t wait to visit again. Had a small car park that was free. We left it there and went in to the city via the tram which was £3.80 return and the stop was less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The suite had its own coffee machine as well as a kettle, the tv had chrome cast so you could connect your device to it easily. Breakfast was served at 7 till 11 and had plenty of options too. Absolutely brilliant place

March 2025This hotel has an amazing location on The Shore, Leith. You can park up your car and walk around the lovely area with ease, or get a tram which has a stop minutes from the hotel. We did that a few times over our weekend, and enjoyed visiting the city centre. Our room was a Signature Suite, huge, with a huge bed to match!.. very comfy bed too. We paid for breakfast and thought the eating area was inviting and comfortable. The continental breakfast looked so good the way it was laid out, compliments to whoever does this. We both had the cooked breakfast, very nice.. All the staff members are friendly, professional and have a smile for you, even if they’re busy. We would like to come back in the warmer months, though we had two sunny dry days. We returned home along the coastal route, taking in the Managers recommendation of visiting North Berwick, great choice!

March 2025I was recently a guest here for work, for 2 weeks. The location is ideal if you are working around this area with aldi across the bridge and some other shops, pubs etc. The rooms were clean and fresh and we also got offered to exchange our cleaning for tokens for the bar. The food was lovely although pretty limited menu. The staff were great, in particular Reece, Mario & Harsh, these guys really went above and beyond, professional and helpful with a great attention to detail, really can't emphasise how amazing these 3 gents were.

February 2025We were upgraded to a club double free of charge. The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/bar felt slightly dated and could do with a refurb in the future.
