We stayed 26.10.24 and had a great night. Food was lovely, staff were great too. Rooms were nice and overall I would say for the price, it’s good value. The spa is quite run down with no hot tub, steam room closed and a cold pool - this was the one thing that wasn’t right.

Just had mums 80th birthday party. The full extent of which was a surprise for her and Ross, the events manager I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful.speedy and helpful responses to my many emails. Chopping and changing things as we needed. On the day the reception staff were amazing. Playing along with my small deception on check in. The waiting staff on the night were superb. Food was delicious and everyone had a great time. My wholehearted thanks go to all them for a well executed and efficient night. Will definitely be back for future events. Thank you all again.

Receptionists were very friendly, I had booked breakfast the night before for £13 and was charged £16.50, they happily provided a refund of £3.50 (it’s not much, but they were happy to do it and that’s the point!). Room was nice, does the job and it’s comfortable. Small amenities like coffee and an ironing board helped. Would recommend for a 1-3 night stay but not if you’re looking for explore Glasgow - public transport isn’t easily found nearby.

Overnight with a friend. Experience nice to get to from city centre, not easily accessible. Rooms need upgraded badly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Leisure area needs someone maintaining it. Needed floors cleaned and puddles brushed away for safety. No steam room or jacuzzi which was disappointing. Treatments were great in spa. Not a great relaxation area but ok.

We booked this hotel, because we thought it would be nice to be close to the airport and have a nice spa on the last 3 days. The rooms were okay and the staff were really friendly. In conclusion, the hotel itself was okay. What we didn't like at all was that the walls were so thin you could hear everything that people in the rooms next to you did and even thought they were with you in your room. The bathroom was okay but you could see toothpaste splashes all over the wall. The spa looked nothing like on the pictures. It was old and looked more like a small public pool. We were very disappointed. What we didn't know was that people from outside (not guests in this hotel) also used it. One of them harassed us, so we left the "spa" after about one hour. Overall, it's not a nice experience. We wouldn't stay there again. Way to overpriced for what you get and wasn't what we expected at all!
