March 2025I spent more then 3 hours with the family. It's was a really nice day out. A lot of fun to find all the animals, it has coffeeshop, toilets and restaurant from where you can buy some food and refreshments. The animals are amazing, I loved the tigers and the lions. The giraffes are tall and elegant. I would highly recommend, and will come back again. The staff friendly and helpful. Thank you.

April 2025Lots of animals and the walk around the grounds is also lovely. It is very hilly due to the location but the views are lovely. This is the home of the TV series The Zoo.

February 2025Is a good zoo as would never visit anything unethical; But is just rundown and needs a whole revamp as some living conditions dont seem the best anymore but look like they would have been 10yrs ago when my partner visited. Otherwise had a great time even despite the rain

March 2025Decent zoo with a good amount of space for most animals. This site is very hilly so be aware. There are plenty of play spaces for little ones but ashame you have to pay more for the soft play. Toilets mostly clean but could do with having children sinks and dryers in all as a lot of guests are small. Parking on top of a hill so be aware if you struggle with fitness or have small children. We have enjoyed our yearly membership 😀

March 2025Haven’t enjoyed the zoo as much the last two times we have been, lots of bigger animals missing it’s a bit boring, better catered for younger children. It feels like the charm of the place is fading.
