March 2025Clean and comfortable rooms, just a couple minute walk from Paddington Station. Easy to miss the front entrance, nestled between storefronts. Stayed here a couple of times now, friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile!

March 2025I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel period the rooms were very comfortable although not as large as we used to in the United States period but it was a very functional room. The bathroom was great with it's spa shower. There was a nespresso machine with coffee and expresso pods, bottled water, champagne, diet and regular Coke in our room. These were refreshed daily or more so if we needed it. All the staff including the reception staff and Housekeeping staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we arrived a room wasn't yet ready. As we sat in the lobby looking for where we wanted to go while waiting after depositing our luggage, we were advised that he was sending two staff to prepare our room and that it would be 45 minutes. 20 minutes later, we ascended the elevator to our room in the fourth, top, floor. You've been very happy with the location of this hotel which is close to the tube and the circle line, the train and bus stops. There is no restaurants in the hotel, but about 15 on the street and tons in the surrounding area. I would recommend Lite Bite café and bar down the street.

March 2025Amazing location, just around the corner from Paddington station and even more superb front desk and service. Will definitely stay here again when I am next in London. Highly recommended and deserving of 5 stars.

January 2025I gave this 5 stars but you need to know a few things. (1) Our room was not ready at check in time but they did store my luggage so I could venture out. The lo by is very small so really nowhere to sit and rest after my 8 hour flight while waiting. (2) Cleaning service didn't come until 5 pm. (3) The staff is very friendly and ready to help. (4) Breakfast is great. (5) The location is great for visitors. About 100 yards from Paddington train station with an easy, accessible, short walk. (6) The room was very comfortable albeit small. Roomy enough if you just need it to sleep and bathe. Could use a chair at the desk rather than a stool, however. I would definitely stay here again.

March 2025I enjoyed the hotel, especially the creativity they used with the room decor. I will warn though, if you are travelling with medication that requires refrigeration you will have problems at this hotel. The little drinks coolers they have in the rooms are not cold enough. And there is no way to refreeze the gels for a medipack. The restaurant refuses to do it because of cross contamination. Other places I have stayed will do this for you. For this reason I recommend that if you are in this situation to definitely stay somewhere else. Also the staff entered the room twice without knocking when I was sleeping after a very early start and woke me up.
