October 2024An amazing place to stay! Not only were we entertained by the decor but we became totally enthralled with the life & loves of Julie Cope. It is a wonderful immersive experience 🌈

November 2024This is worth looking at. Its very unusual. Designed by Grayson Perry and is now a holiday let. It's on a circular walk around Wrabness. You can park at the station and grab a coffee at the community shop on the way.

December 2024Surprised that some commentators have criticised the garden. It is in a rural setting and accompanies the adjoining fields, wild flowers, crops and grazing. Rather natural unlike the architecture, which is a tribute to the artists story.

December 2024Stayed for a long weekend Friday pm to Monday am, WOW, WOW, WOW what a stunning place to have a break, the house it’s self is awesome, artwork incredible and superb ambience. One of the most relaxing locations that I have ever stayed, there is a small, yet very well stocked community shop not 5 minutes walk, that also doubles as a bar in the early evening. For local shopping Manningtree, 15 minutes in the car, great local independent and one national chain shop, great cafes and a deli cum bistro. If I can ever afford it I’d be back like a shot, as a one off experience it was well worth the price tag, booking is via Living Architecture co.uk.
