Just over the river from Canary Wharf, Cinewold 02 is no stranger to large-scale corporate events.

Its 11 screening rooms can be hired out individually or as part of site-wide conferences and product launches. Unsurprisingly, each of the spaces offer cutting-edge AV equipment and there’s also satellite-link for multi-location events. Green rooms and breakout spaces can be added, should it suit, while there’s enough space in the foyer for exhibitions.

Great seats, clean and tidy, a bit strange that they don’t have escalators to go up on some parts of the venue but this is overall arena infrastructure, just check accessibility before booking if you require, other than that it’s a really nice cinema

Had one of the worst experiences today during my time here at Cineworld where i always loved to watch movies and had been my go to place in London but alas not this time which i just would wish to forget. I had booked for a ticket to view the movie Sookshmadarshini(Malayalam) which was scheduled at 08:20pm on 26/11/2024. Having waited till 08:50pm just to be told that were was a technical difficulty in playing the show and all i could see on the screen was the slideshow and timer during intermission and after which there was nothing on the screen. I was happy to wait for the issue to be resolved which the authorities promised to do at first and later came to a conclusion that they wouldn’t be able to play and was surprised to hear the solution that they brought up. All of us who came in hope to watch the movie and waited for more than 30minutes were asked to move to the other screen which played the same show and had started earlier (08:10pm)than this show. Being asked to miss the first 15 minutes of a movie and still watch it felt disgusting considering the fact that I paid for the ticket and came early to the show as well.I can understand the fact that technical errors could happen anywhere and is nearly inevitable but the way they handled such an error from their side is beyond questionable and truly unfair to everyone who paid for their tickets and waited all the extra time just to get to watch a movie. Although they provided a voucher as an apology it doesn’t cover for the prejudice against the service users. I would please ask the authorities in charge to look into this matter and resolve it in a better way if possible.
