A special thanks to Debbie at breakfast—she greets me with a smile, knows my preferences, and makes mornings enjoyable with her friendly chats. Simon at reception is also fantastic, always checking in on how my day was and ensuring I have my invoice ready without asking. The team is attentive and quick to resolve any issues, like when they moved me to another room after a problem with the window lock. Their excellent service keeps me coming back!

February 2025Car park is shocking if your in a van no signs stating there is a one way system in place and also a low bridge on the exit , find yourself having to drive round the one way the wrong way to exit . Needs some signs in place quickly. Room was ok extractor fan broken and the corridor stung of weed did report this to reception.
