March 2025This hotel deserves a better rating than 3.9 in my opinion. The service is excellent! All the staff members are so kind and are willing to take a step extra. Breakfast is great: many options to choose from and fresh. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Down-town Lemmington Spa is a 25-minute walk and very doable.

January 2025This hotel is okay. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, decent food, plenty of free parking and fairly easy to get to. I stayed here for work. The location is on a business park, so not exactly scenic but quite handily located. Areas for improvement would be: - My room was very cold - on the ground floor, and the heating on the room never really warmed it up. - With he (tablet based) food ordering system, if I want to charge meals to my room, a member of staff has to come over to authorise it and it seems they don't always see that they've been called, so you might wait a long time. That said, the food and breakfast were decent and there was a good variety for breakfast - some additional fruit would make it even better. - The rooms could do with a little TLC - replacing dead light bulbs and fixing sliding doors that don't slide for example. But in all a good place to stay that would be even better if they could address a few small niggles.

March 2025The location is a bit far from everything so it's a bit difficult to go anywhere without a car. The rooms are spacious and clean. Could be better if there was a mini fridge, bath tub, and some overhead lighting.
