Just spent an overnight break this weekend Saturday night until Sunday. Extremely pleased with hotel Receptionist on booking in as explained our booking in detail and restaurant time for that evening. Room was already available before having our wonderful spa treatments. We also was given a room upgrade which was beautiful and was lovely and warm considering snow was due to be forcast that evening. Therapists were brilliant. My daughter and I Abbie and me Suzanne, give praise to Elle and her colleague not sure if got their names right. I had hot stone massage which was very good. Loved the pool next day so warm. Restaurant staff were very pleasant and all food was hot and both set menu was very tasty. Great value for this hotel and spa. Always love going there. On checkout the on duty receptionist took a photo of us outside the hotel in the snow showing off its picturesque grounds. Couldn’t do enough for us.

I have not stopped in the rooms but love this place, so much I've just joined their gym which is kitted out well, good size and equipment. Having golf lessons here with Darren who is both patient and epic. Everything here is so well maintained, clean, staff friendly, wine nice at the bar, food great all in an amazing setting.

Where to start!?!! From arrival to departure our experience had a real premier feel to it. When you walk in the front doors, you're greeted with fresh fruit, flavoured waters, a lovely smell and welcoming reception staff. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. The food for the evening meal was divine as was the breakfast the following morning. I'd definitely recommend the nature walk which follows a stream from the bridge at the end of the first lawn and finishes at a lovely calming pond. This was the first real day of sun we had all year, it was only 8 degrees but we felt as if we were on a summers holiday. The hotel is on 200 acres of land, it's pieceful and simply stunning. The spa is clean and well maintained. It has a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and cold water shower- perfect for hot and cold therapy. We can't wait to come back 😊

Stunning grounds. Excellent service. Golf was great. All members of my party thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The cast iron restaurant food was fantastic and our waitress Lucy was super professional like all the staff there. The manager was very accommodating to our needs. Definitely will be back in the future.
