Can not fault the staff here. My mum is disabled and has trouble getting around. Not only did they give her options but was always there to give a hand and help. They were fantastic. The attraction can get quick packed, so not great for people with anxiety but there is a quiet corner you can get back to it, and usually by then big crowds have gone. Some interesting and unique exhibits. Doctor who is relatively new, there's also all the royal family. A great mix of attractions, including some actual rides as well. Would highly recommend you visit at least once!

It is a place that contains interesting wax sculptures and allows you fun with your family accompanied by thematic scenes. It should only be avoided on days when large tourist groups are present. Since it is a closed environment, it becomes very difficult to move around in crowds.

Entertainment of meeting the rich and famous, from royals to pop stars to super heroes. Great fun for all the family. Booked a morning slot and remember to arrive approx 20 mins before your slot to get in the queue. You're greeted on arrival with red carpet hospitality, where you enter the lift and join the celebrities. Each Waxwork can be busy but the crowds flow and you get many great opportunities to take pictures with the celebrities. Approximately time spent here was 2 hours.

Absolutely loved it! We bought a fast-way- ticket, so that we wouldn’t need to wait, and it was SO worth the extra £50. Some of the wax figures were so realistic me and my sister got jump-scared way too many times, i don’t remember the name but the 16+ section was so good, it wasn’t scary, but they had such great effects down there. We walked around about 3 hours since it was a HUGE place. Amazing staff, but since we are from Scandinavia, so when we bought drinks, the cashier had us pay double because she thought our card didn’t approve the payment since it wasn’t in english,so -1 Star.

Madame Tussauds in London was a pleasantly surprising experience. The figurines were incredibly detailed and lifelike, though the exhibits were somewhat limited for such a major location. The multiple levels and engaging storytelling walks add to the experience. The dungeon or horror section is a unique feature not found in other locations, which was a nice bonus. However, the lines were a major downside, especially with limited shade on hot summer days. It's wise to buy tickets in advance, and consider bundling with the aquarium and London Eye for more value, though those attractions aren't exceptional. Food and drink options inside are limited and not particularly great, but overall, it’s a worthwhile visit.
